I knew Katrina was bad... but didn't realize it moved cities!

I've been on a bit of a hiatus, not because of a lack of scam artists but because of a lack of interesting ones. It’s the same lame scams over and over. There seems to be a proliferation of them. Someone’s uncle’s brother’s cousin has a friend that knows someone that know someone that once found an American so stupid that they actually got money this way.

Most of the time it’s all too predictable and since my over-riding goal is humor and variety I haven’t posted anything in a while. But occasionally you find someone so profoundly stupid that it warrants a post.. Jim was just that sort of scammer.. He completely missed my sarcasm and just kept his pitch going.. though he was smart enough to give up when he realized how badly he screwed up!
